Depending on what subscription option you choose, AssistAR is either £65 per month when billed monthly, or £55 per month when billed yearly, at £660 per year. 

Depending on your style of business, you can choose to have an open store that is available to members of the public, who can purchase 20 minute sessions. Prices are set at £20 by default but can be adjusted by contacting us. You can also send your store URL to your existing customers.

Alternatively, you can start a session via your Dashboard, by sending a link to your customer. In this case, your customer will not be charged.

Your customer is required to enter their payment details when booking an AssistAR session with you, even if they are booking for the session in advance. The funds are released to you straight away and you will receive your payment before the AssistAR session begins.

Both ends need a PC, smartphone or tablet with an up-to-date browser. The person receiving help will benefit from using a smartphone or tablet due to its portability.

A session can be completed without the requirement to download an app at either end, the system uses standard browser features.

Yes it will work with all the major Smart Glass manufacturers such as Vuzix.

When you register with AssistAR, you will be asked to purchase a subscription. This subscription allows you to start using the AR video tool. Even though we ask you to purchase the subscription and enter your payment details, we will not take any money until the 8th day and you can cancel your subscription within those 7 days if you are not happy. This applies to the monthly and yearly subscriptions.

No it doesn’t matter, there some industries that benefit more from our technology though such as field maintenance, remote inspections and auditing, quality inspections, remote medical assistance, property management, electrical and plumbing, household appliance support, manufacturing and aerospace.

If your usage is likely to be low you may be better suited using our pay as you go billing option which is charged per hour.

AssistAR is specifically designed for remote assistance and has many AR features that enable the host to communicate and guide the ‘assistee’ without confusion or frustration. Without these features a video-only session is not suitable for remote assistance or guidance in technical situations. It is also very easy to use by both parties because it takes into account that both parties may be ‘in the field’ and not sitting at a desk with a PC. All recorded media such as HD images, text notes, annotations and chat transcripts are saved and available via an easy to use media browser and can be compiled into a session report PDF document automatically following the call.
