AssistAR uses Remote Visual Assistance Technology to connect Experts to their customers. Using augmented reality, Experts can help diagnose and resolve a problem without having to be there:

Guide your customer through an issue without you having to be there.

Using AssistAR, you can connect with your customer via video chat, and whilst using AR-enhanced interaction tools to diagnose and potentially resolve the problem remotely. Instead of paying for costly call-out fees, an AssistAR session is a cost-effective solution.

From Image Capture to Live Pointers, take a closer look at the Remote Visual Assistance features that'll help you to get the most out of your AssistAR sessions.

Edit

The Markup tool is one of the ways you can enhance communication, allowing for quick and easy diagnostics and repair. Images that have been marked up can be captured and saved, which is great when building an inspection report.

Use the Image Capture tool to capture and save a still screenshot from the live video session. These images can then be saved and exported ready to be used as reference after the session.

Use the Arrow Pointer feature to add clear direction and instruction. You can find the Arrow Pointer tool in the bottom tool bar during the session.

The Insert Text feature can be used to add text to either a shared image or the during the live session, adding an extra layer of communication and clarity.

The Remote Zoom feature allows the Expert to use the mobile's camera to zoom in on the finer details, all via their own tool bar.
