The Media Browser allows you to browse all of the media you have saved from your previous AR sessions. You can enter any relevant information into the search field, such as:

• Session Reference
• Customer Phone Number

There is also the option to search for all media within a particular date range; so by choosing a 'From' date and a 'To' date, you can filter your search even further. Your media is grouped by session to make it easier for you to navigate and find the data you are looking for, even if you may have forgotten the customer reference or telephone number. Attached to each session is a PDF icon, which allows you to automatically generate and download a report/summary of your session and will contain chat transcripts and all media that was captured.

This page allows you to browse all of the images you have saved over your previous sessions between you and your customers. You can enter any relevant information into the search field, such as:

• Session Reference
• Customer Phone Number
• Date (i.e. 2021 for all items in 2021, 2021_03 for all items in March 2021, 2021_03_17 for all items on March 17th 2021.)

There are also 3 radio buttons which allow you to filter your images into type. All images will display all of your image files, Marked-up images will display images which you have "Marked-up" or edited during the session. Finally, OCR images contain all images which contain "Extracted" text from the Extract Text tool available during a session.

This page is where you create new AR remote visual assistance sessions with your customers. Once a customer has booked a session with you, they will specify a date and time through the booking service available on your vendor products page, and you will be able to create and invite them to a session here using their mobile number and a suitable session reference (ideally something you will remember or can easily identify! you can search for specific sessions later in our Image Viewer, Media Browser, or Call Log using the Session Reference!)

Phone Number:

This needs to be a mobile number,landline calls cannot support the visual assistance software. Once you start the session, your customer will receive a text with a link to join your AR session. Once they click the link they will be automatically connected and your session will begin. You will be able to make use of the customers camera and can take photos, make annotations, extract text, and many other features. The customer will require a mobile device with a camera, built-in speakers/microphone (or headphones) and a stable internet connection through either WiFi or their cellular data plan.

Session Reference:

The Session Reference can be anything you like but it should be something you can use to identify this session easier when using the media browser or image viewer. For example: B.REPAIR John Smith 23/06/2021. There is a maximum of 30 characters allowed in the field, so if you are going for a naming convention across your sessions then it would be best to make that convention as succinct as possible.
